Zenith nominated in two categories at NOTB awards

Zenith have been shortlisted for two separate awards in the prestigious annual News on The Block awards.

The award categories are:

New Build Property Management Company of the Year

and

Regional Property Management Company of the Year

The nominations are a recognition of operating at the highest level within the industry. 

James McDermott, Director, said "we are really proud to have been nominated for these award categories. We are hopeful that we can win but just being recognised is an achievement in itself."

WINNER OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGENT OF THE YEAR

Zenith Management were named Managing Agent of the Year at Insider's North West Residential Property Awards 2018 last week. The award is recognition of the high standards that we have continued to push for whilst placing our clients and customers at the centre of everything we do.

The final, which was held on 25 January 2018, saw property professionals of all disciplines from across the North West's residential property sector gather to celebrate excellence in the sector. Sponsored by Peel Land & Property the award focused on Zeniths engagement with customers.
