Buying and Selling your home
If you are planning to buy or sell your property then we can provide you or your solicitor with a detailed information pack (usually referred to a an LPE1) containing all the information you will need.

Maintenance & Repairs
If you notice any repair or maintenance items within your development, please use our online reporting tool to notify us: https://zenithmanagement.fixflo.com.
Our team will then review your request and take any necessary steps required, giving priority to emergency and urgent situations.
Our Complaints Procedure
Although it is rare for Zenith Management to receive a complaint we will always take any complaint made very seriously, we believe that a genuine complaint made should be resolved to the benefit of all parties and more importantly used as feedback mechanism to improve services going forward. Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA)
As the leading trade body for residential leasehold management, ARMA is also an important resource for leaseholders. They provide information on the leasehold system, help leaseholders understand the role of managing agents and enable them to get the most out of living in a leasehold flat.
Fire Door Safety
Launched in 2013, Fire Door Safety Week is a ‘mass market’ awareness campaign to increase public understanding of the vital role that fire doors play in protecting life and property. The campaign is owned, managed and run by the British Woodworking Federation and is supported by a number of partners, including the Home Office’s National Fire Safety campaign, the National Fire Chief’s Council and London Fire Brigade.
Residents and Leaseholders can use this as a valuable resource for checking the safety of their own fire doors.
Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE)
LEASE provides FREE initial advice to members of the public on residential long leasehold law. It is totally independent and is funded by the Government.
Citizens Advice Bureau
The Citizens Advice Bureau provide free, confidential and impartial advice covering all issue. This service is available to anybody who wishes to use it.
PropertY REDRESS SCHEME
Set up to handle complaints about members of ARMA residential managing agents and other property professionals from consumers using their services.
